Services
Your detailing packages — name, price, how long they take, and what's included.
Add each package with a clear name, a starting price, a realistic duration, and a short description plus what's included. When a customer calls, Connie reads from here to describe your services — and she'll proactively upsell your add-ons (below) once they've picked a package. The more detail you add, the better she sells. This is the single source of truth: what you enter here is what Connie says on calls and what shows on your booking page.
Add-ons
Paid extras customers can tack onto any package — a ceramic coating, pet-hair removal, engine bay, and the like. Connie offers these as upsells on calls; "Extra time" is added to the booking behind the scenes and never shown to the customer.
Bookings
Last 30 days + all upcoming appointments.
Offer Analytics
How your add-on offers convert — broken out by service, add-on, and channel. Read-only.
Win-back Performance
How your win-back messages bring lapsed customers back — return rate by how long they'd been away when contacted. Read-only.
How to read this: Web offers are recorded only for completed bookings; voice offers are recorded when made. Because the two count different populations, web and voice take rates aren't directly comparable. A Low sample tag means fewer than 10 offers — treat those rows as directional only.

Promotions
Discount codes customers can redeem — on Connie calls, on your booking page, and in Campaigns.
- Discount — a percentage (e.g. 10% off) or a flat dollar amount (e.g. $15 off).
- Code type — Shared (one code like SUMMER10 that everyone uses) or Unique (a batch of one-time codes, one per customer).
- Limits — cap total uses, and/or restrict to one use per customer.
- Applies to — all services or only the ones you pick.
- Validity — optional start and end dates.
Connie can apply a valid code when a customer mentions one on a call, and you can attach a promotion to a Campaign to win back past customers.
Loyalty Programs
Digital punch cards that bring customers back — "buy X, get one free."
Set up a punch card and every completed, paid booking counts as a punch. When a customer reaches the number of visits you set, they earn the reward automatically. This page has three parts: Loyalty Programs is where you set the rules; Rewards Earned shows who has hit their reward and is waiting to redeem; Redemption History is the running log of rewards you've handed out.
Your active punch cards. Each one sets a service (or all services), how many paid visits earn the reward, and what the reward is.
Rewards Earned
Customers who've hit the visit threshold and are owed their reward. Hit Mark as Given when you deliver it — that resets their punch card so they can start earning again.
Redemption History
A record of every reward you've marked as given — who, which reward, and when.
Campaigns
Win back past customers on autopilot. Connie reaches out for you — by email, text, or an automated phone call — and any new bookings drop straight into your calendar.
